Individualized Counseling Services
Details about our specific treatment services:
Let's look a little deeper
Psychotherapy is meant to help individuals resolve various symptoms and understand themselves better. There are many kinds of psychotherapy. Generally, understanding more about your interior world, i.e. your mind, motivations, development and feelings, is helpful in successfully changing your behavior long-term, which in turn, leads to a better life.
We can help you move forward, into a well adjusted and productive lifestyle. TCI operates a safe and managed way of working that helps you understand the issues that may have affected your life and caused pain or stress.
Get me to my goals
A life coach encourages and counsels on a range of professional and personal issues. The coaching process takes on specific professional projects, personal goals and transitions by analyzing the current situation, identifying existing and potential challenges and obstacles and devising a plan of action designed to achieve specific outcomes.
People hire a life coach because they want to do even more tomorrow than they can do today. They want to improve their output and see more growth, and they want to do those things quickly and to the best of their ability.
Not yet an adult but not a kid anymore...
Often times teenagers feel a range of emotions moment to moment and day to day. Experience emotions and identifying emotions can be confusing. Between social media, school, adult transition, and the growing pressure to minimize mistakes teens often struggle to find their individual identity.
Taking time to explore values, character traits, emotion-identification, critical thinking, future planning, stress management, time management, and processing skills can make all the difference for successful development.

This program is designed for individuals with limited ability to physically meet face-to-face for services and can be combined with face-to-face sessions as part of the overall treatment plan.
Co-parenting & Parallel-parenting Sessions
One-size Doesn't Fit All
Co-Parent counseling focuses on providing separated or divorced parents with education and skills to help raise their children together in separate but cohesive homes.
Parallel-Parenting is a mutual conversation that makes a plan to minimize contact between parents while allowing both to spend adequate time with their children. Parents are encouraged to work towards an agreement that both homes do not need to function in tandem but should support and encourage development appropriateness for the best benefit of the child(children).
